- Our company uses a unique pulse detection coil that can be installed without cutting the conveyor belt, allowing for the detection of iron and other metals as well as conductors. - The coil is made of high-density polyethylene and is lightweight enough for one adult to lift, making it easy to handle. - It is suitable for outdoor use, resistant to wind and rain, and the coil part is almost maintenance-free. - A control panel is included as standard. The control panel is compliant with IP66 and NEMA4X for dust and water resistance. - We offer a variety of options, including a siren and patrol light for detection, an internal heater for cold climates, and a corrosion-resistant housing made of SUS304. - During detection, the relays for A contact and B contact are switched within the panel, allowing for easy external signal output. - Resetting after detection can be done manually, automatically, or via remote operation. - We will manufacture the shape to fit your conveyor design. We can also accommodate modifications such as drilling holes or notching for the mounting bracket. - It is also possible to customize the specifications to avoid detecting very small pieces of iron.
